Not the catchiest of names, I know, but we aren’t looking to win any popularity contests here are we. It does what it says on the tin like any good plan should do!

This plan will be designed to be 12 months long. So we will take into account your peak periods (if you have any), the expensive times of year to advertise and give you the objectives you should be focusing on each month to work around these.

But, and it’s a big but. I do not have a crystal ball as much as I wish I did.

Like any good plan / strategy, it needs to be regularly reviewed to respond to what is going well, what isn’t and things happening in the world / your business.

I will be straight with you. Ads can be a little unpredictable at times and you can only put together a plan based on the information you have at the time.

So many things can impact the performance of your campaigns. The creative, the time of year….heck, even the weather

What I can tell you is that we will spend time getting clear on your business objectives so that we create the most robust plan that we can. This will give you an overarching plan but the ads you run within it will be a test and learn process. The overarching objectives will be right.

I generally tend to work to the budget you have rather than the budget I *think* you should have. I will guide where it seems sensible but the point of this plan is to give you something that works for you now and not months down the line.
